Caribbean Recon

Hi, there’s only so much you can learn from guidebooks, pictures and DVD’s of where you may or may not want to go.  The very best way to learn is to go there,,,wherever and experience it for yourself.  So, four times now in the last 40 years I’ve gone to the Caribbean to see various islands and figure out where I may want to visit again.  So, between visits, bareboat chartering and a cruise I’m on now,,,,we’re taking every chance to see the islands ahead of time.  I’m going to comment on this trip in detail in upcoming posts, as I think it’s important for you to hear about the islands and cultures we visited from an unvarnished viewpoint of a semi-sailor just looking for answers-
