While Quincy was enjoying the comforts of her brethren pooches at VIP Vacation Kennels, Oreo was small enough to stay aboard for the canal transit and all the excitement that went along with it. As monumental of an event as it was for our family, we think she had other opinions on the matter…
WOO-HOO! Freedom is granted early in the morning from my kitty castle – woohoo! It’s still dark – this is unprecedented! Wait, why are there so many strangers onboard?
Something is definitely happening today…I’m not sure what, but there sure are a lot of ships really close to us. I’d better stay alert.
Ummmm….EXCUSE ME! Can you please keep it down? I’m trying to nap here!
Why is it so loud here? And why all the excitement about “locks”?
Meanwhile….in a kennel near Panama City
Oreo, despite her disrupted schedule, was happy to reach the Caribbean…at least we think she was. Meanwhile, Quincy remains clueless to the fact that when she returns it will be to a whole new ocean. Think she’ll know the difference? We may never know. What we do know is we’re so grateful for the amazing veterinary care and boarding we’ve been able to find for our pets when needed throughout this journey –¡Muchísimas gracias!
