I’ve been writing for this blog/website for over eight (8) years now, semi-consistently. Several times I’ve written some basic blogging advice and I’ve written numerous reviews of books about blogging that I’ve read and re-read.
But despite us having an exciting year of travel and change….2023 did not produce the blog/website results I was hoping or looking for…and I know why. Wanna know why my site numbers were weak/soft and not up to par this year? I can tell you. As a writer and content producer on this site….I was inconsistent. My stories were sometimes hurried and I have not written and produced on a regular, scheduled basis.
This is my own damn fault but if other bloggers can learn from it, I’m happy to share….cause I can’t fix the numbers on my site but I can resolve to do much better in 2024.
So….for better numbers on most any blog/website…consistency and reach are the key to getting the stories out and the numbers up.
